Corebody Stretch applies concepts of neuromuscular reeducation. When you attempt to stretch muscles forcefully, the nervous system will illicit a stretch reflex. The stretch reflex is our body’s defense against harmful stretching. Once triggered, it will resist the muscle from being stretched any further. Corebody Stretch implements methods that manipulate the neuromuscular junction in order to allow for a full stretch.
